Will I Be Able to Get a Refund?
You may be able to request for and receive a refund if you meet the following requirements;
* Within 15 days of course purchase/enrollment;
* Not completed more than 50% of the course;
* Not received any form of certification from the course instructors.
ClassLah strives to ensure a happy, ethical, secure, safe and fair platform that protects both students and instructors.
What Will Happen After I Request a Refund? How Long Will the Process Take?
The support team will process all refund requests and conduct checks for eligibility. Once approved; our support team will then proceed to refund you the full amount back to the original mode of payment. This should take between 5 to 10 working days.
How Will I Know If My Refund Has Been Successful?
The status of the refund will be reflected in your user Dashboard, under Purchase History.
