Course Quality
Payments can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal. If you encounter issues with making and processing payments, such as;
- You were not enrolled in the courses automatically after payment,
- There was an error during your checkout and payment processing,
- Your payment failed to complete,
- You did not receive a payment confirmation,

Quality Checklist
Earning withdrawals are done via two modes: Direct Bank Transfers and Paypal Transfers. We recommend the Paypal mode as it is more efficient, simpler, and secure.
Direct Bank Transfer:
You are able to request for earning withdrawals via Direct Bank Transfer through your Dashboard. Steps:
(1) Sign-In.
(2) Go to Dashboard –> Withdrawals.
(3) Select your preferred mode of earning withdrawals.
(4) Submit required details.
Important Notes:
Direct Bank Transfers Processing takes between 5 to 10 working days.
Earning Withdrawals requests are processed only on the 15th and 28th of every month.
Paypal Transfer:
You are able to request for earning withdrawals via Paypal Transfer through your Dashboard. Steps:
(1) Sign-In.
(2) Go to Dashboard –> Withdrawals
(3) Select your preferred mode of earning withdrawals
(4) Submit required details
Important Notes:
Paypal transfers Processing takes between 3 to 5 working days.
Earning Withdrawals requests are processed only on the 15th and 28th of every month.
